Dr. Etre's Green Juice

Laura Etre makes this fresh and delicious antioxidant juice every morning. This vegan blend has no sweeteners or artificial anything! Use a powerful juicer, and save the solids for a salad or stir-fry. Or, make a smoothie instead! The same ingredients can be thrown into a blender to whip up a bright and fiber-full smoothie if preferred.

  • 1 head kale
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 apple Granny Smith or other tart variety works well
  • 1 piece ginger root about two inches
  • 1 piece turmeric about one inch


  1. Wash all of the ingredients well with cold water.

  2. Follow the juicer instructions and add each ingredient one by one.

  3. Enjoy your juice immediately or save for later!
